Family Planning Meeting: August 2009

Minutes:

1. Planning family parties in advance (planned to August 2010 see listed dates below)
2. Make it a priority to be present, on-time, and food assignment completed
3. Parties will be organized by the host and food assignment given by them with at least 1 weeks notice
4. Camping trip 2010- Sept 3-6 (labor day weekend)....Bring ideas for next years trip this year so we can plan ahead and hopefully out-of-towner can make it. Note: out-of-towners send us your suggestions or email and tell someone to present your idea for you so we can make sure all is included
