Family Planning Meeting: August 2009
Minutes:
1. Planning family parties in advance (planned to August 2010 see listed dates below)
2. Make it a priority to be present, on-time, and food assignment completed
3. Parties will be organized by the host and food assignment given by them with at least 1 weeks notice
4. Camping trip 2010- Sept 3-6 (labor day weekend)....Bring ideas for next years trip this year so we can plan ahead and hopefully out-of-towner can make it. Note: out-of-towners send us your suggestions or email and tell someone to present your idea for you so we can make sure all is included

When: Friday Aug. 28th evening
Where: On the back patio (Nikki will bring radio to play any music needed)
Line-up (all have to participate indiviual or as a family): we can change the line up

Family Camping
When: August 28-30 2009
Where: Tana and Ken's yard
What to Bring: your own camping gear (tent, sleeping bag etc) and Talent for talent show
Menu:
Friday dinner- hamburgers and hot dogs, potatoe salad, green salad, chips
Saturday breakfast-eggs, hashbrown, sausgage, bacon, fruit (for good measure)
Saturday lunch-sandwiches and snacks
Saturday dinner-foil dinners (chicken or beef potatoes carrots onions etc)
Sunday breakfast-pancakes
Provided: port-a-poty & wash station, grill, cook stove, pots and pans
Costco run will include: plates, napkins, utensils, foil, food (please contact me if you buy anything that you'll bring for everyone)
On your own: drinks and snacks (smores provided)
Games: Tana an Ken have lots of yard games, board games, pool and trampoline

Happy Birthday Dad!!!
Playdate with Madisson
The girls got to have a playdate with Madisson. It was so fun to meet her, she's so adorable.
